MORPHEUS8

MORPHEUS8

Morpheus8 is an excellent solution for facial and body rejuvenation because it can achieve multiple corrections simultaneously. Morpheus8 works by using tiny gold plated micro-needles that carry radiofrequency (RF) energy as deep as the subdermal layer below the skin. By creating microscopic puncture wounds in the superficial dermis the body is forced to create new collagen to heal itself, while delivering heat energy at depths of up to 4 millimeters (deeper than any other device on the market) it remodels the adipose fat in the subcutaneous level of the skin. The needles are gentle to the epidermis and prevent tugging and pulling that is found with other devices. Most practices only use topical cream as a numbing agent. We do use local analgesia with lidocaine to make this treatment much more comfortable for patients. Treatment effects all layers of the skin, epidermis, dermis, and subcutaneous. Patients receive maximum results without long recovery times. It is recommended to have a minimum of 3 treatments 4-6 weeks apart for maximum benefit. Maintenance is only 1 treatment every 6 months.

The Treatment

Some of the concerns we address with this radio-frequency technique include:

DOWNTIME: Varies from patient to patient. Expect to feel a sunburn type feeling for a few hours. Redness and minor swelling is expected and normal and usually lasts a few hours to a couple of days. Itching and dryness may occur a few days later and is normal. Bruising may occur for more aggressive treatments, especially around the eyes, so plan personal events accordingly.
